1: A Plan - We offer two options. You may select one of our designs or start from scratch.
a: Designed and Ready to Build - We have a library of various plans to choose from to fit any lifestyle. A wide variety of architectural styles are available along with the option to include a covered screened porch, large deck for summertime parties or a lower level.
b: Design - We will meet with you to hear your story and talk about the style and the elements for your new home. Following this initial meeting, we will prepare a conceptual design. We will have a series of meetings to refine your plan from a conceptual plan to the final construction drawings. This process is generally about 9-12 weeks.
2: Sign a Contract - We will prepare a contract outlining all of the details and include a stated amount to build your home. In addition, we will include a list of allowances to further customize your home. Everything is clearly stated so you don't have to wonder or read between the lines.
3: Select Finishes - Our professional team will spend time with you selecting cabinets, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, and paint colors, just to name a few.
4: Build - We will begin the building process and invite you to be part as your new home takes shape. Construction time averages between 4 - 12 months depending on your plan.
5: Completion - As we complete your home, we will walk you through your home to familiarize you with every aspect.
